Before starting the changeover, you should archive any data that is no longer required so as to avoid any unnecessary currency translations which cause longer runtimes.

Choose "Tools -> Archiving" in the CO-PA application menu to carry out the archiving of CO-PA transaction data.

Note that archived data is not translated.

Note also that archived data cannot be loaded back after the translation.
