In this IMG activity the fiscal year variant is generated on a daily basis.

As a rule, the initial variant is the fiscal year variant of the leading ledger. You can define the name of the new fiscal year variant as well as the description. You can also define special periods.

Make your selection as follows:

  • Original variant
  • As described above, the original variant is usually the fiscal year variant of the leading ledger. It is necessary in order to determine whether the initial variant defines a non-calendar fiscal year.

  • Daily variant
  • The fiscal year variant of the daily ledger defines the fiscal year variant to be created new.

  • The description corresponds with the corresponding text in Customizing

  • Number of special periods
    Can be selected independently of the origin variant.
