SIMG_GLO_PRKD - Delimit Pocket Money Per Diems (PMPD)

Using this report, which is executed in this Customizing activity, you can delimit the validity for entire ranges of pocket money per diems to a certain date. This terminates the validity of the pocket money per diems on the date you choose to enter.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you perform the delimitation in a test run first.

To delimit entire ranges of pocket money per diems, proceed as follows:

1. Enter the relevant date for delimitation.
2. Define the relevant range of pocket money per diems by entering the relevant selection criteria.
3. Start the function in a test run.

To do this, you have to activate the Test Run parameter.

1. Check the selected entries.
2. Change the selection criteria, if necessary.
3. Start the test run again, if changes were made.

To delimit the selected pocket money per diems definitively, start the function with the test run parameter deactivated.
