SIMG_GLT0FGIY - Delete Report Data

In this activity you are able to select previously saved report data using a selection screen. Afterwards, you can delete it from the overview list.

Presently, you can select fiscal year, period, and period/year as selection-specific characteristic values. This combination of characteristic values allows you to delete individual data records for reports that appear periodically. This can help you to avoid an overflow of the memory table.

Example:
You can delete the data in your test reports of the operating concern.
You can delete the saved report data based on report name, created by, and date created.

Reorganize your report data.
