Use

The Program Profile on the ERP side defines:

  • Multi-funding customizing
  • Use of the financial execution interface (FEI)
  • Use of the Partner (Business Partner, BP) function for supporting multi-BP payment recipients

This documentation addresses the use of the FEI. See also the documentation of the multi-funding customizing in Edit Program Profile.

  • The service 'GTRSPLITMAINT' must be activated to run the web dynpro application for multi-funding. If it is not, ask your system administratior to activate the service using transaction SICF.

  1. Select the program profile you want to use for multi-funding and make the following settings:
If you check the flag activating multi-funding, enter a rule group. You also need to set the following change indicators as required:
  • Change on Program Level Flag - to indicate that changes to multi-funding rules are permitted at CRM program level.

  • Change on Application Level Flag - to indicate that changes to multi-funding rules are allowed at CRM application level.

  • Change on Agreement Level Flag - to indicate that changes to multi-funding rules are allowed at CRM agreement level.

  • Use Versioning Flag - to indicate that versioning of program profiles and programs can be used.

If this flag is activated, it is possible to create a new version if a multi-funding rule is locked on a program profile or program.
  1. Save these entries.
  2. If you want to use conditions, select the program profile and choose Condition Fields Assignment in the Dialog Structure to assign condition fields.
In addition, if you want to use conditioned multi-funding rules, you can assign the condition fields to a program profile.
  1. Save your entries.
  1. Choose New Entries and make the following settings:
  • Program profile ID and descriptive text

  • Financial execution interface.

If, for example, you use AP as your FEI for a program profile, the invoicing documents are always created as you define the parameters in IMG Entry Define Invoicing Parameters. You can change the FEI to AR later if desired. If you use a mixed scenario of AP/AR and PSCD, you may only change to PSCD if there are no existing billing documents for AP/AR.
  1. Save these entries.
  1. Select the program profile you want to use for multi BP payment recipients
  • Enter the Partner Function you want to use to identify the Business Partners coming from the Agreement/Claim header and/or item for creating the Invoicing and Payment Documents in the ERP system.

  1. Save your entries

If no CRM program profile is defined in ERP - which means that no FEI is defined - the default FEI is used. See Default Financial Execution Interface for details.

If no CRM program profile is defined in ERP - which means that no partner function is defined - the partner function 00000001 (Sold-To Party) is used.
