In this IMG activity, you can edit properties of the outbound proxy methods.

Relevant properties are:

• Proxy and proxy method: Proxy and proxy method are generated in SAP Patient Management. This construct forms the link to the service operation defined in the SAP Netweaver Exchange Infrastructure.

• Namenspace: A namespace is used to uniquely identify the service operation definition in the SAP Netweaver Exchange Infrastructure. Usually, the system provides a default value for the namespace when you enter the proxy and the proxy method.

• Service Operation: Name of the definition of the service operation in the SAP Netweaver Exchange Infrastructure. Usually, the system provides a default value for the service operation when you enter the proxy and the proxy method.

• Message Type: Message that is generated and sent during the service operation call.

• Acknowledgment Type: Acknowledgment mode for the service operation call.

• Filler Method: The filler method provides the correct content for the message type of the service operation being called.

• Interface implementation class: This class triggers a business event for a service operation.

As a prerequisite to this configuration step, a relevant outbound interface for the service operation must have been defined in the SAP Netweaver Exchange Infrastrucure and a proxy must have been generated in SAP Patient Management.

SAP delivers the complete standard service operations for the configuration.
