SIMG_ICLE_CRBPOMACT - Control Automatic Performer Assignment per Internal Claim Type

Use

In this Customizing activity you define how automatic performer assignment for role-based performer (RBP) should take place in the claim bundle. Since only late assignment is possible for the claim bundle (in contrast to role-based performer in the claim, early assignment is not supported in the claim bundle), you can only make the following settings for each internal claim type:

• Late performer assignment via Organizational Management (OM)

The data in Organizational Management forms the basis for performer assignment.

• Late performer assignment via Business Add In (BAdI)

The active implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_ICL_RBP_SRCH forms the basis for performer assignment.

You can also use a combination of both procedures. In the first step, the system only uses OM for assignment of all RBP roles, and in the second step it then calls the BAdI implementation.

Note: Use the internal claim type that you created for the dummy claim.

Requirements

Depending on the type of automatic performer assignment, the following prerequisites must be met:

• Performer assignment via Organizational Management (OM)

• In Organizational Management you have defined the required assignment criteria, assignment strategies, and data on performer capacity in the corresponding organization objects.

• In Customizing activity Assign Assignment Criterion to RBP Event you have defined at least one assignment criterion for the required RBP event.

• Performer assignment via Business Add In (BAdI)

You have created and activated an implementation for the BAdI BADI_ICL_RBP_SRCH. You can do this in Customizing activity BAdI: Automatic Performer Assignment for Role-Based Performer.

Standard settings

In the standard delivery this Customizing activity does not contain any entries. Without entries, the system is downward-compatible, in other words the system executes any existing and activated implementation of the BAdI BADI_ICL_RBP_SRCH.
