Use

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to provide the SAP Fiori app Notice of Loss with the following central contract data:

• Policyholder

• Policy product, together with its generation and version

• Insured vehicles

• Insured drivers

This contract data can be read either from the local FS-CM system or from an externally connected policy system (FS-PM or another external policy system).

Note: For technical reasons, you cannot use this BAdI to read the contract numbers. You need the BAdI ICL_FIORI_FNOL_AMDP to read the contract numbers.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard implementation of the BAdI reads the contract data from the local FS-CM system.

If you want to read the contract data from an external policy system (FS-PM or other), you must create your own implementation of the BAdI.
