Use

For initial send and re-search in external claim investigation you define a few additional parameters in Customizing activity Configure Internal Claim Types.

At the level of Claim Header-> Detailed View of Version of Internal Claim Type, enter the following:

• For Initial Send:

• Days to Initial Send field:

Maximum number of days that may have passed between creation of the claim and the initial send.

• Initial Send Expr. field:

BRFplus Expression for Claim Investigation Initial Send

• For Re-Search:

• Std. Search Period field:

Standard search period of external service provider for claim investigation in months

• Re-Search (Mths) field:

Period for automatic re-search

• Re-Search Expr. field:

BRFplus Expression for Automatic Re-Search
