Use

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to process messages sent by the external service provider for external claim investigation.

You must implement this BAdI to be able to complete the claim investigation process.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP does not provide any active BAdI implementation or standard coding. If you do not create any active BAdI implementation, calling the BAdI has no effect.

The BAdI is not filter-dependent and it does not have multiple uses.

Example

This BAdI uses the interface IF_EX_ICL_INVSTG_PROCESS_MSG. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
