Use

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to view the responses of the external provider for claim investigation in claims processing under External Claim Investigation.

Before you can read the responses in claims processing, you must use this BAdI to convert them from XML to HTML.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP does not provide any active BAdI implementation or standard coding. If you do not create any active BAdI implementation, calling the BAdI has no effect.

The BAdI is not filter-dependent and it does not have multiple uses.

You can adjust the XSLTs for conversion to HTML in IMG activity Define Parameters for Claim Investigation.

This BAdI uses the interface IF_EX_ICL_INVSTG_SHOW_MESSAGE. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
