Use

In this IMG activity you define system activities for use in Activity Management.

System activities are used exclusively for automatic completion of tasks in a claim. This means that you cannot assign system activities to a task like other activities.

Make the following settings for a system activity:

• Enter the key of the activity.

Six characters are available for the key.

Customer entries always begin with X, Y, or Z.

• Short text: After automatic completion of a task through a system activity, this short text is entered in the "Text of Activity" log field.

• Specify the validity (days).

• Specify the validity (hours).

• Specify whether the system activity should be valid infinitely.

• Specify whether the validity of the task should be used.

In the log entry, it is also noted that this activity is a system activity.

Example

• If an object to which tasks are assigned is canceled or deleted in a claim, these tasks are completed automatically.

• In cases of work overload, tasks can also be deleted automatically.
