SIMG_ICL_TICL015 - Define Claim/Subclaim Complexities

In this IMG activity you define complexities for claims and subclaims.

In IMG activity Configure Internal Claim Types you assign the complexities defined here to an internal claim type at claim header or subclaim header level.

During claim processing you can specify the complexity of the claim or subclaim on the Claim Overview or Subclaim Overview screen. The relevant input help only displays those complexities that you have assigned to the relevant internal claim type. Further claim processing is controlled by the complexity that has been selected. For example, if you flag a claim as being complex, only certain claim handlers are permitted to process the claim further.
