Use

When you are processing a claim or a claim bundle you can view a structured change overview for the relevant claim or claim bundle. Choose menu path Tools-> Claim Changes (Overview).

In this IMG activity you define which icon and which text are displayed for each node in the change overview (a node corresponds to an application table) .

You can find further information on the change overview in the claim and claim bundle in the Application Help for the Claims Management system under Claims Management -> Claim -> Administration-> Display of Claim Changes -> Claim Changes (Overview).

Activities

Define Icons

To define icons, select the required icon from the F4 input help for the Icon Name field.

Define Text

You can define the text in one of the following ways:

  • You can enter the required continuous text in the Text field.
The system displays this text in the change overview for the relevant node.
  • You can store fields of the relevant application tables as variables. These variables are filled with the corresponding values of the fields at runtime.
Proceed as follows:
  1. Place the cursor in the Text field.
  2. Choose the Add Variable pushbutton.
  3. On the next dialog screen double-click to select the required field.
You can store multiple variables. The relevant values of these variables are displayed at runtime in the corresponding order in the change overview.

Example

For application table ICLPART you define the icon ICON_CUSTOMER and variable DESCRIP for the text.

In the change view for the node of table ICLPART, the system displays the following:

@A0@ (e.g. Peter Miller/New York).
