In the IMG activity Vital Signs: Maintain Reasons for "Not Measured" you enter the possible reasons why a planned vital sign measurement was not executed.
When entering vital signs you select the "Not Measured" measurement quality and enter a reason. The system will offer these reasons as input help.
The decision concerning whether a reason is desired or required for the "Not Measured" measurement quality, is made in the IMG activity Vital Signs: Configure OU Specifics.
Enter an institution, a unique 3-digit code for the reason and a short description.
