Using Event Management for Tasks you can configure that the system should automatically set a task to Completed status, if the user triggers an event in the connected application or function, which was defined as the Complete Event.
The application has defined Complete events.
The following customizing activities in the Cross-Application Settings of the Industry-Specific Component Clinical System were executed:
- Event Management / Activate/Deactivate Asynchronous Processing of Events
- Task Management / Activate Event Management for Tasks
- Task Management / Schedule Asynchronous Event Processing for Tasks
Settings in Event Management:
The asynchronous processing of events is deactivated as standard.
Settings in Event Management for Tasks:
Event management for tasks is deactivated as standard.
Maintain the base items of the applications and function which have Complete events defined.
You can maintain base items for each work area in transaction N2WLD.
Use the Configuration pushbutton in the Event Configuration group frame. The system opens a dialog Edit Event Settings. Select a Complete event. If additional information must be entered, make a selection using the input help (F4).
The Document application has a Complete event status set. As there are several document statusses, select one from the list.
