With this function, you can define Special Indicators. Special indicators are used to make documents stand out optically so that, for example, individual documents in the document list are especially highlighted. For example, it is important with lab findings to see which findings have pathological significance in the document list.

For each institution, you can specify which special indicators can be used. You can create a special indicator in text form (field Text) and/or in symbol form as an icon (field IcId). You can create a short description that contains the meaning of the indicator. The description will then be displayed when the indicator is set using the F4 help function. If you set a special indicator for a document, only the internal key (field PrCd) will be saved in the document management data.

If you would like to make it possible to reset a special indicator, you have to set up an indicator that has no icon or text.

You can rank the special indicators according to priority (field Pri) where the indicator with the highest value (999) will be considered the most important. The priority is evaluated in the lists having only one indicator that shows if documents exist for a case or a service etc. For example, in the work list, if documents with special indicators are available, then the indicator with the highest priority will be displayed.
