SIMG_ISHMED_RAD_LEI - Maintain Radiology-Related Service Master Data
TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
The properties of services are defined in the service master data. The service master data can be changed and created by choosing Clinical System -> Basic Clinical Data -> Change Service / Material or Create Service / Material.
Radiological services can/must be identified with the following specific medical indicators which are required when processing special functionalities.
Image-Rendering ProcessServices in Radiology are marked as Image-Rendering Process. For these services, documents are created in which radiological examination data (like link to the image, technical examination documentation, radiological findings) are saved.
The Image-Rendering Process indicator causes a service to be considered as a "radiological service". This means that, for example, checks of the radiology module are used on this service.
If you activated the radiology work station, when you confirm this kind of service the system creates a task of the type "Create Findings Report".
Radiology Data Mandatory / Materials Documentation MandatoryThis indicator determines whether it is obligatory to fill out the examination documentation or the used materials documentation when the respective service is performed.
Query for Pacemaker / Query for Metal ImplantsThis indictor determines at the time of confirming the request whether the question regarding a pacemaker or metal implants must be answered. If you use the clinical order for the service request to Radiology, the system queries pacemaker and/or metal implants according to how you defined the method Radiology -> CHECK_RADIOLOGIE_DATA under methods in the order type.
Contrast Medium Application No / Optional / MandatoryThis indicator determines at the time of confirming the request how the question regarding a contrast medium allergy must be answered:
No: This question must not be answered and no indicator will appear.
Optional: This question should be answered, a corresponding indicator will appear, the service still also remains requestable if the question is left unanswered.
Mandatory: This question must be answered, otherwise the service cannot be requested.
If you use the clinical order for the service request to Radiology, the system queries the specification of the contrast medium application according to how you defined the method Radiology -> CHECK_RADIOLOGIE_DATA under methods in the order type.
Localization in the Request: May Be Entered / Not Allowed / Mandatory Entry
This indicator determines at the time of confirming the request how the question regarding the localization of the examination must be answered:
Can | Entering the localization is allowed but not mandatory |
Entry not allowed | A localization may not be entered |
Required entry | A localization must be entered, otherwise the service cannot be requested |
If you use the clinical order for the service request to Radiology, the system checks the localization specification each time the clinical order is saved. |
Organ
Here, an organ system or an organ can be assigned to the service. This specification defines the amount and/or the selection for the prefetching of examinations (studies).
Radiology tab pageThree service-related entries are compiled here, with which further requirements for entering requests and performing services are entered. These are:
Lab Value Requirements: The system determines to which lab a reference is made at the time of the request.
Excluded Localizations: With this definition you can define which localizations are not allowed for this service.
