SIMG_ISHMED_VKGSTOID - Set Up Cancellation Reasons

In this IMG activity, you define the cancellation reasons that can be specified when clinical orders are canceled.

When a clinical order is canceled, you can enter a cancellation reason. The cancellation reason specifies why a clinical order is canceled.

1. Enter the institution in the Institution field.
2. Enter a three-figure key for the cancellation reason in the LS>Canc. Reason field.
3. You can maintain a language-dependent text (15 characters max.) in the Cancellation Reason Text field.
4. To make the cancellation reason available when canceling clinical orders, set the Canc.Reas.Clinical Order indicator.
