PERFORM Short Reference RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/PurchasesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you define yards for your warehouses, encompassing the following:
- Number range for yard activities
- Time and weight units of measure
- Warehouse that the yard serves
- Scheduling horizon and profile for the yard
- Default vehicle type
- Default packaging materials to be used for logical HUs (created to assist with yard vehicle-document assignment)
- General sealing requirement for vehicles in the yard
- Default waiting time for vehicles in the yard
- Text descriptions of yards
You have defined packaging materials in the material master (transaction MM01) to be used as default packaging material for logical handling units (HUs).
- Define yards. For each yard, do the following:
- Enter a yard number.
- In the Act. N. Rnge field, enter a two-digit identifier. You subsequently use this identifier when you define yard activity number ranges.
- Enter the time unit of measure for the yard.
- Enter the identifier of the warehouse to be served by the yard.
- Enter the scheduling horizon to be used when scheduling yard locations.
- Leave the Sch. Prof. field blank.
- Enter a weight unit of measure for the yard.
- In the Vehicle Type field, enter the vehicle type that will serve as the default when creating a vehicle in a case where you have not specified a vehicle type nor defined a vehicle type for the vehicle's forwarding agent in IMG activity Define Forwarding Agent Vehicle Types.
- Define default packaging material for logical HUs, created automatically by the system in order to keep track of the deliveries assigned to a vehicle.
- If you want the system to prevent vehicles in the yard to be checked-out unless sealing activities have been executed and confirmed for them, select Sealing.
- Enter the default waiting time in the yard for vehicles.
- Enter text descriptions for the yard.
- Leave this activity and go to IMG activity Define Scheduling Profiles.
- Define one or more scheduling profiles for each of your yards.
- Return to this activity and enter one of the defined scheduling profiles in the Sch. Prof. field.
