You can use this wizard to enhance the function codes in the function tree on the left side of the screen in Manager's Desktop.

The function code type is determined by the position of the function code in the function tree. When you create a function code, you can choose between the following types:

• Theme Category

A theme category is a group of functions with related content, which is displayed on the initial screen as a link or within the application as a button. Examples of theme categories are "Employee", "Organization" or "Cost and Budget".

• Subcategory

Theme categories can be divided hierarchically into user-defined subcategories. In other words, for each theme category you can define a tree with various subcategories. Subcategories should group thematically-related functions within a theme category, and you cannot execute as you would execute a function.

• Executable Function

The 'leaves' of the tree are executable functions. You can position them either directly under a theme category or under a subcategory. In this context, executable functions include reports, transactions, WWW addresses (URLs), function modules, and so on.
