SIMG_MM_SPCONTACT - Define Contact Categories

This activity allows you to set contact categories for contacts.

In sourcing, you can define contact categories for the contacts which are, for instance, maintained in a sourcing project or supplier quotation.

By setting a contact category, you assign a role to the contact that describes their function.

You can maintain the following parameters:

• Contact Category

• Description of Contact Category

For example, enter a number or abbreviation (such as 01 or FIN) as contact category and add a description (such as Salesor Finance).
