This activity allows you to maintain a milestone model for sourcing projects.

In this step, you can maintain a milestone model for sourcing projects. Milestone models enable you to define which milestones belong to which milestone group. In the step "Define Sourcing Project Types", you can assign the milestone groups to the sourcing project types.

Milestones and milestone groups are maintained.
