SIMG_OBPTDELOLDAPPL - Delete process technology in EDI processing of logistics

In this section you delete the codes for process types by which IDocs from logistics in earlier releases were processed.

The process technology has been replaced with SAP Business Workflow and is no longer supported. The process types no longer exist in the system.

The former process type ME_ORDERS (outbound order) no longer exists: IDoc outbound orders are sent via the function module IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS. The process code ME01 that is shown for ME_ORDERS is deleted in this activity.

1. Execute the activity. The system then deletes all codes for process types from the logistics, which you
1. do not use in Partner profiles
2. do not use for the processes you have defined
   
   

You can execute a test run and display the changes that the system would make.

1. You will find the process types and the process codes displayed in the outputted log, which you use in partner profiles. Replace the process codes entered here with the current ones, which no longer display the process types. Use the possible entries in the partner profiles.
   
   

Execute the function

1. Execute the activity again.

The system then also deletes the process codes that you removed from partner profiles.

Notes on transport

The relevant process codes are entered in tables TEDE1 and TEDE2. The changes are not transported.
