For the entitlements to continued pay to be determined correctly, you need to define the parameters that are to flow into the agreement for the individual absences.

In this step you define which statutory bases are to applied to the individual employee subgroup groupings and define the basic data for quota management.

The system adopts the Illness Indicator for quota management from table T508A (work schedule rule). For employees for whom the same illness indicator is entered, the same quota management is taken as a basis.

For the two-digit absence symbol, use the assigned outbound symbol from the previous step.

  • Timeframe (calendar year, employment years, and so on)
  • Entitlements in working days or calendar days
  • Certain due dates

In the step Define Quota Management, in the detailed view in the field Type of Deduction, enter according to which unit the quota is to be deducted.

Quota management based on calendar days is recommended, unless you have other agreements.
