SIMG_OHAX417 - Set Up Wage Types in Fixed Positions
PERFORM Short Reference Addresses (Business Address Services)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
This IMG activity enables you to set up the (cumulation) wage types in fixed positions.
You need only perform this activity if you want to set up (cumulation) wage types in fixed positions as well as in windows.
If data on a wage type (e.g. wage type amount, wage type text) is to be set up in a fixed position, follow the procedure described in the IMG activity "Set up data in fixed positions". You must also specify the name of the wage type in the Wage type field.
When making entries in the Field and Wage type fields, please note the following:
- Tables without split indicator
- If the wage type is stored in a table without a split indicator (e.g. table "CRT"), you can specify the table field containing the desired data directly in the Field field.
- Tables with a split indicator
- If the wage type is stored in a table with a split indicator (e.g. table "RT"), please proceed as follows:
- Compress and cumulate the wage type as described in the step "Set up cumulation wage types".
- Enter the name of the cumulation wage type formed (e.g. "1234") in the Wage type field.
- Specify the table field containing the data in the Field field. This is usually a field from table "ZRT" or "T512T" (e.g. "ZRT-BETRG", "ZRT-ANZHL", "T512T-LGTXT").
- Note:
- If you do not compress a split wage type and enter the original field name (e.g. "RT-BETRG") instead of the field name described, the system will only print the data on the wage type which is specified in the first split entry for the wage type in the corresponding payroll table (e.g. "RT"). In the following example on wage type "MA10", which has a cost accounting split (KR) in the table here, the amount is "1.100.-".
KR | Total amount | |
---|---|---|
MA10 | 01 | 1.100.- |
MA10 | 02 | 2.200.- |
EXAMPLE
You want to set up the annual value of wage type "/101" for form "ZF01" in line 62 as of column 67. The data is only to be printed on the last page of a remuneration statement. To do this you must make the following entries:
PType | No | Offs | Lngth | WType | Field | ,Conv | Rule | Field offset |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
LP | 62 | 067 | 14 | /101 | CRT-BETRG | |||
The wage type is specified in the Wage type field. The annual value for the wage type comes from table "CRT". You can specify fields from this table directly in the Field field. The default length for this field from the "Allowed field names" overview has been selected as the output length for the field.
The wage type is then printed as follows on the remuneration statement with the appropriate amount:
- /101 Total gross 60.000.-
ABBREVIATIONS USED

No | Line number in form |
