This step explains how to set up special identifiers in the remuneration statement. These special identifiers represent the wage types grouped in the wage type assignments for the form printout.

For further information, refer to the documentation on the form editor. You can access the documentation in one of two ways:

  1. In the system, choose "Help -> SAP Library"
  2. In the form editor transaction, choose "Help -> Extended Help".

General procedure

You must enter the following specifications for each identifier:

  • Subgroup number
  • Table
  • Identifier
  • Line type
  • Column type

You can also specify the following for each identifier:

  • Conversion
  • Rule for form editing
  • SSplit (Set Split)

Identifier

The identifier defines a quantity of wage types with the same specification in evaluation class 02. The identifier has the following structure:

  • The first and the second characters of the identifier specify "**"

  • The third and the fourth characters of the identifier have the specification of evaluation class 02.

Example
You want to print out all the wage types with the specification "01" in evaluation class 02. In this case, you enter:
**01

For information on other entries, refer to the section "Identifiers in window". Wage type information provided in the aforementioned section also applies to the special wage types created for the form printout. However, you must take note of the table name restriction.

The table name specifies the payroll results table in which wage type information is stored for printing. Results table "RT" and cumulated results table "CRT" are among the tables valid for remuneration statement wage type assignments.

Procedure

Make the required entries using the form editor. Choose the activity for the form editor.
