SAP E-Book

This step enables you to set up the cumulation identifiers (cumulation wage types) in fixed positions (individual fields).

For further information, refer to the section "Individual fields", or to the documentation on the form editor in the SAP Library.

Since the functions described below only apply to wage types used in the remuneration statement, the term "wage types" instead of the more general term "identifier" will be used in this section.

You need only perform the instructions in this step if you want to set up (cumulation) wage types in fixed positions as well as in windows.

If data on a wage type (for example, wage type amount, wage type text) is to be set up in a fixed position (individual fields), follow the procedure described in the step "Individual fields". You must also specify the name of the wage type in the identifier field.

Choose "Individual fields" in the form editor to access the dialog box "Insert individual field". When making entries in the fields Table, Field and Identifier, note the following:

  • Tables without split indicator
If the wage type is stored in a table without a split indicator (for example, table "CRT"), you can specify the table field containing the desired data directly in the fields Table and Field.
  • Tables with a split indicator
If the wage type is stored in a table with a split indicator (for example, table "RT"), proceed as follows:
  1. Compress and cumulate the wage type as described in the step "Cumulation wage types".
  2. Make the required entries in the fields Table, Field, Identifier as described in the step "Individual fields". Specify the table field containing the data in the Field field. This is usually a field from table "ZRT" or "T512T" (for example, table ZRT and field BETRG, Table ZRT and field ANZHL, table T512T and field LGTXT). In the field Identifier enter the cumulation wage type (for example, "1234").
Note:
If you do not compress a split wage type and enter the original table and field name (for example table RT and field BETRG), the system only prints the data on the wage type which is specified in the first split entry for the wage type in the corresponding payroll table (for example, "RT").

Make the required entries using the form editor. Choose the activity for the form editor.
