In this step, you define your eligibility groups. Eligibility groups identify groups of employees that you can assign to eligibility rules as an additional eligibility criteria. You assign eligibility groups via the organizational assignment.

The system contains sample eligibility groups that you can copy, modify to meet your own requirements or use as a basis for creating your own.

1. If you want to create your own eligibility groups, choose New entries
2. Enter an identifier and a text for each of your eligibility groups
3. Save your entries
