SIMG_OHP3OODL - Specify Default Values for Form Output

In this step, you make the following settings:

• You specify the default output language for correspondence. This is the language in which a message is output in Training and Event Management if

1. no language is stored for the attendee or if the form is not available in the language stored AND
2. the form is not available in the business event language either.

• You specify the priority for the work item generated by the error workflow of automatic correspondence.

Note:

If you set the highest value 1, the administrator receives a dialog box informing him or her of an error in correspondence. The administrator can navigate directly to the integrated inbox.

English is set as the default language for correspondence.

A Swiss attendee wishes to attend a business event held in French.

The system first looks for the form in the attendee's language, Italian, but it is not available.

The system then looks for the form in French, but it is not available either.

Finally, the system falls back on the default language set and outputs the form in that language.

The default value for output language is EN for English.

The default value for work item priority is 5 = medium.

1. If necessary, change the setting for the default output language English.
2. If necessary, change the setting for the priority of the work item.
