SIMG_OHR440 - User Exit Include: Adjustments When Creating Vendor Master Records

Exit Include RPRAPAEX contains different user exists (form routines, that allow you to set up the creation of vendor master records from HR for Travel Management according to the requirements of your company.

This user exit include is a special release-independent modification. This means you can reimplement this modification after an upgrade without making any other adjustments.

The following user exits are available in the User-Exit-Include RPRAPAEX:

• FORM SET_MC_FIELD_BY_USER
  Create vendor master records: You can fill the sort field for LFA1 (LFA1-SORTL) according to your requirements using SET_MC_FIELD_BY_USER. If the user exit is not used, the family name (surname) of the employee will be entered in the sort field.
  Example
  You want to fill the sort field with the employees personnel number and not their family name.

• FORM SET_ADDRESS_BY_USER
  Create vendor master records: You can change the employees address using FORM SET_ADDRESS_BY_USER.
  Example
  You need to enter a different address in your vendor record to the one supplied by HR.

• FORM SET_VENDOR_BY_USER
  Create vendor master records: You can define the vendor master record
  number manually using SET_VENDOR_BY_USER
  Beispiel
  You want the vendor master record number to be the same as the
  personnel number for that employee.
