Use the Adobe Form Builder to create your own forms based on the standard forms. Create the forms in the customer namespace. You then need to decide what dialog situation you want your form to be displayed in. You make this assignment in the Customizing activity Set Up Feature <name> for <name> form.

You need to have configured the work environment for the Adobe Form Builder. For more information on this and on using the tool, see the initial screen of the Adobe Form Builder transaction under Help-> Application Help.

Standard forms for Travel Management:

  • FITP_REQUEST_FORM
  • FITP_PLAN_FORM
  • PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM
  • PTRV_EES_FORM (Express Expense Sheet in the Web Dynpro ABAP-based user interface)

Copy the standard form in the Form Builder and assign a new name in the customer namespace (beginning with Z_).

Then modify the form to suit your requirements.
