SIMG_OIJ_TSW_050 - Define measuring method for ticket quantities

Here you define the method the system uses to measure and record the quantity of product transferred from one location to another. When you assign the Quanitity Measurement Method to ticket types, the system checks the measurement method during ticket processing.

You can use the following methods to measure quantities during the transfer of product:

• Opening and closing gauge readings

• Opening and closing meter readings

• Quantity reading

For example, if during the ticketing process the system finds the measurement method Opening and Closing Meter Readings, the system automatically displays the screen on which you can enter these meter readings. Also, the system starts the functions necessary to calculate quantities based on the opening and closing meter readings.
