SAP E-Book

You use this Customizing activity to define the integration relevance of TSW nominations into Transportation Management (TM). This is a prerequisite to calculating shipment costs for TSW nominations using TM functionality.

To configure the integration relevance, you need to enter the company code and the nomination type at a minimum. Optionally, you can use further parameters to define a more granular integration relevance for specific TSW nomination items (for example, schedule type, reference document indicator, incoterms, and so on). If you don't enter anything for the optional parameters, every permitted value is valid for this column. This means the integration relevance for this line is coarser, allowing more than one selected value.

Company Code Nomination Type Bulk Shipment Type Mode of Transport Schedule Type RDI Pegging Type Incoterms Nomination Item Status
1000 CRCR   11
2000 PRCR   09 O Origin G Sales contract   CIF 4 Confirmed

The example in line 1 displays the configuration of the integration relevance for a TSW nomination with the following values:

  • Company Code: 1000
  • Nomination Type: CRCR
  • Mode of Transport: 11 (for example, marine (TSW))
  • and all possible values for Bulk Shipment Type, Schedule Type, RDI, Pegging Type, Incoterms, and Nomination Item Status.

This means it includes, for example, all TSW nomination movement scenarios (combination of schedule type and RDI), as these columns have not been filled.

The example in line 2 is more granular. It displays a configuration for the following values:

  • Company Code: 2000
  • Mode of Transport: 09 (for example, road (TSW))
  • Schedule Type: O Origin
  • RDI: G Sales Contract
  • Incoterms: CIF
  • Nomination Item Status: 4 Confirmed.

It only includes all permitted values for the columns Bulk Shipment Type, and Pegging Type.
