In this IMG activity, you can assign as many events as you choose to an event scenario and define relationships between these events.

You have created one or more events in the IMG activity Define Standard Events

You have created one or more event scenarios in the IMG activity Define Event Scenarios

  1. Choose New entries or Display<->Change to change an existing entry.
  2. Enter the Scenario to which you wish to assign the events.
  3. Enter the events, which you can place in a predecessor-successor relationship under Pre for preceeding event and Subs. for subsequent event.
  4. The following settings can be made for the events. You can:
  • Designate an event in a scenario as the start event for automatic scheduling by activating the AM indicator.

  • Define whether the event relationship is taken into account during forwards and/or backwards scheduling by selecting the Fw and/or Bc indicator.

  • Enter a time interval in days for each pair of events under Offs., which is taken into account during the scheduling of event scenarios. You can also set a reference indicator for the time interval, which prevents it from being changed in Progress Tracking.

For more information about Progress Tracking, refer to the SAP Library: Logistics -> Project System -> Progress Tracking or Logistics -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Progress Tracking.
