To be able to evalue your data in technical project reports, you must fulfill a number of prerequisites and execute the following activities.

Maintain a value category for the percentage of completion (POC) and earned value.

Assign cost elements, cost element groups, or cost element intervals to the value category for POC and earned value.

Maintain a statistical key figure for the earned value.

1. Create an overall profile.
2. Create a structure profile and a period breakdown profile for accessing overviews.
