Lean Staffing reporting functions are based on the following DataSource objects, which you can maintain using transaction RSA2:

  • 0SAWE_PSEA ,,Employee Assignment
  • 0SAWE_PSRC ,,Resource Consumption
  • 0SAWE_PSEU ,,Employee Utilization
  • 0SAWE_PSSU ,,Skill Utilization

Since the output of these DataSources is based on static data structures, the system cannot automatically consider service attributes that have been added to the database using the customer include CI_PRS_CPILS_1.

However, since the DataSources for Employee Assignments and Resource Consumption are also based on assignment data, you can enhance them using service attributes.

To extend your Lean Staffing reports by adding service attributes, proceed as follows:

  1. Enhance the output structures of the selected DataSource:
Use transaction RSA2 (Datasource Repository) to find the extract structure that is to be enhanced with the customer include for the service attributes.
  2. Trigger a data transport from the DataSource to an extract structure:
    Use the Business Add-In SAWE_REPORTING.
The corresponding extractor function module can be found in the DataSource repository (function group SAWE_EXTR).
  3. Regenerate the report infoset and the Infoset Query:
Use transaction SQ_REPORT_INFOSET to generate the report infoset.
Use transaction SQ02 to perform manual adjustments.
Use transaction SQ01 to generate infoset queries.
  4. Regenerate the POWL lists using report WDK_GENERATE_POWL_CUST.
  5. If errors occur during regeneration, try deregistering the POWL list using transaction WDKQ_DEREGISTER and then repeat generation.
