SIMG_OLPR_USESALS - Use Service Attributes in Lean Staffing and Forecasting

You can extend the Lean Staffing and the Forecasting record structure using customer-specific service attributes. To extend this record structure, you must activate the customer include for service attributes CI_PRS_CPILS_1.

To make the service attributes visible in the Lean Staffingapplication, perform the following steps:

1. Select the component configuration of the Web Dynpro application that uses the enhanced DDIC structure. The name of the component configuration of the Lean Staffing application is SAWE_SA_CONF_ASSIGN_LIST.
2. Start the configurator for the selected component.
3. In the configurator, select the button Other Functions and choose Create Enhancement. Enter a new name for the enhancement.
4. Open the new enhancement created using the Change option and add the new columns to the field list using Configure Columns.

If a service attribute is specified as a key field, the system only allows you to create duplicate records with the same object / employee combination if they contain a different value in the key field.

If there are several assignment records for the same resource/object combination which differ only in the value of service attributes and are customized as not relevant for forecasting, the system creates a single entry in the forecasting table: The system then combines several assignments in a single forecast line.
