SIMG_ORKASM34_LAYOUT - Define Order Layouts

In this step you define the layout for the order master data. You can assign a layout to each order type.

Note: These settings are not displayed in SAP Fiori apps.

The system displays the order master data as a tab with a series of tab pages. The tab pages contain group boxes with a series of fields for the order master data. The group boxes are defined by the system.

You can determine the following:

• Which title the individual tab pages should have

• Which group boxes should be displayed in which position on the tab pages

The tab pages are numbered from left to right, with "TabPage 01" to "TabPage xx". On every tab page there are five positions; you can assign a group box to each of these positions. One of the group boxes can contain user-defined master data fields (see step " Develop enhancements for order master data").

Use each group box no more than once in a layout.

Tab pages to which you assign neither a title nor a group box do not appear in the order master data.

To ensure that the display of order master data from the system occurs in a specified layout, enter the layout required in the order type. See the step: Define order types".

Layout SAP0 corresponds to the default settings. You can copy this layout if you want to make changes to the default settings.

Check whether you need your own order layouts. If you only want to make small changes to the standard delivery, you can copy layout SAP0 and use it as the basis for your layout.

If you want to create a new layout, choose "New Entries".

1. Enter a name and a description for your layout.
2. Choose "Tab Page Title" and "New Entries" to specify the titles of your tab pages.
1. Enter the number for each of the tab pages.
2. Enter for which language the title is to be used.
3. Enter the title of the tab page.
3. Choose "Position Group Boxes on Tab Pages" and "New Entries" to specify which group boxes should appear in which position on the tab pages.
1. Enter the number for each of the tab pages.
2. Enter the position on each of the tab pages.
3. Enter the group box that should appear in the specified position on the tab page.
4. Save your entries.
