SIMG_PBS_PTSP_006 - Implement Business Add-In for Immediate Valuation

To valuate information columns immediately, you can use the DO_INFOCOLUMN_UPDATE method in the HRSPPBS_ADD_CHECKS Business Add-In (BAdI).

The system processes the method once a shift is entered or changed in the planning screen or the detail screen and changes the values in the information columns.

Once you have carried out the Customizing steps, you can activate the model implementation for the Public Sectory Germany, HRSPPBS_IMP_PSG.

The Business Add-In technology also enables you to create customer-specific implementations without modifications. For more informationen, see the Business Add-Ins: Implementations transaction (SE19).

The system switch in table T77S0, group PEINS, field PSAAK must be set to "X" to activate the branch to the functionality from Shift Planning.

Three characters can be entered. The first one switches the function on for the target plan, the second for the actual plan, and the third for the shift preferences. If you want all areas to be updated, you must enter "XXX".

The functionality can also be activated on a user basis, using the PE_PSAAK parameter. The same rules apply as for the global switch.
