You can use the DO_ADD_CHECKS method in the HRSPPBS_ADD_CHECKS Business Add-In (BAdI) to carry out additional checks.
It is called after you enter or change a shift on the planning screen or the detail screen.
After you have carried out the relevant Customizing steps, you can create and activate your own implementation.
The BAdI technology enables you to create customer-specific implementations without having to make any modifications. For more information, see the Business Add-Ins: Implementations transaction (SE19).
The system switch in the T77S0 table, group PEINS, field PSAVP must be set to "X" to activate the branch to the function from Shift Planning. Three characters are available for input: The first character controls the function for the target plan, the second for the actual plan, and the third for the shift preferences. If you want all three to
be updated, you must therefore enter "XXX."
The function can also be activated on a user basis if you use the PE_PSAVP parameter. The same rules apply as for the global switch.
