SIMG_PDR_BADIREC2UPS - Define Packet Type per Partner System

If you require different packet type for a logical recipient because, for example, you want to limit the quantity of recipient objects, you can use this setting to make a client-dependent assignment of packet type to partner system.

You can choose from two distribution scenarios:

• Product data distribution

• Conditions

You have made the Customizing settings for UPS:

• Execute Central Settings for Distribution

• Define Object Types

• Define Packet Types

• ALE Distribution Unit: Setup

SAP delivers packet type IMPORT in the standard settings.

1. Enter a partner system.
2. Select a distribution scenario.
3. Assign a packet type.
4. Save your entries.
