SIMG_PSMFM_DC_INFO - Information on the Document Chain
BAL Application Log Documentation General Material DataThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
The document chain function displays connected documents. The connection between the documents is formed by a document's being either the successor or predecessor of a current document. Out of this relationship, the function builds the whole document chain, across different applications if required. A flexible display provides individual views on the received documents. The function for building the document chain can be enhanced to add additional business processes.
Due to the wide range of business processes and possible types of documents, the document chain display provides a best effort to construct and display the documents in a processing chain using various information sources. You must activate the document chain function as part of a customizing switch.
Business Add-In (BAdI) enhancements are provided to enhance the document chain function, allowing individual adjustments for customer towards his connected business processes. The available enhancement spots are:
- FM_DC_LEDGER
This provides BAdIs to add the data providers from which the document should be retrieved and what should be displayed for each document. We deliver data provider access to the FM, FI and SL applications as standard. You should use those implementations as a template if additional applications are to be added.
- FM_DC_SOURCE
This provides enhancements to retrieve information about the successor/predecessor documents. We deliver multiple implementations. Those should be used as a template for your own implementations.
We deliver multiple BAdI implementations to build the chain for FI, MM, FM, and SD documents.
Activate the document chain and verify the active BAdI implementations.
ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases
