SIMG_PSM_GMGTE_OPFY - Open Fiscal Year for Accrual Postings

Use this step to stipulate which fiscal year is currently open.
The component is preset to GMA, for accruals in Grantee Management.
In the maintenance view, choose New Entriesand enter, for each company code, the last fiscal year which was closed. When you save, the system takes the subsequent fiscal year as the one currently open.
