In this IMG activity, you can assign any number of events to a scenario and define the relationship between the events.

You have defined one or more events in the following IMG activity:

Define Standard Events for Work Breakdown Structures

You have defined one or more event scenarios in the following IMG activity: Define Event Scenarios for Work Breakdown Structures.

  1. Choose New Entries, or Change<->Display to change an existing entry.
  2. Enter the scenario to which you want to assign the events.
  3. Choose the events for which you want to set a predecessor-successor relationship. Pre stands for a preceding event and Subs. for a subsequent event.
  4. You can make the following settings for the events:
  5. Specify that an event is to be taken as the starting point for automatic scheduling by setting the AS indicator.
  • Determine whether or not an event relation is considered in forward and/or backward scheduling by setting the Fw and/or Bw indicators.

  • Enter a time interval in days for each event pair under Offs.. This interval is taken into account for scheduling event scenarios. You can also set the Ref. indicator to specify that the time interval is only referenced and cannot be changed in Progress Tracking.
