In this activity, all the countries/regions that are assigned to a time zone are displayed. Geographical assignments that do not exist can be created.

Geographical assignments can be made at the following levels:

  • Country/region level
  • Regional level
  • Postal code level

When assigning a specified country/region to a time zone, make sure that the countries/regions key specified by SAP is used.

Before you create new geographical assignments, you must first define the time zones in your system.

Since the geographical assignments are supplied with the SAP system, you no longer need to define these assignments.

However, you should check your own geographical areas to make sure that they do not contain any errors. If a geographical assignment is missing, create a customer message and send it to SAP.
