SIMG_SCD2 - Define the Posting Co., Gravity ID, & Scale Definition and Default Codes

In this IMG activity, you can define the codes used for processing oil and gas pricing. You can define codes for:
- Posting companies, which include the oil and natural gas posting companies (for example, Chevron WTI or Inside FERC TGPL)
- Gravity scale ID (ID on price posting bulletin)
- Gravity scale definition
- Gravity scale default (default for posting)
rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
