In this step, you:

  • Define access sequence. The access sequences contain keys or combinations of fields that control the sequence in which the system searches for condition records.
  • Assign condition types to access sequences By doing this, you establish the link between condition type, access sequence, and condition record.

For information on other possible customizing options see:

Access number. Sequential number of the access within the access sequence.

Table. Condition table which contains the key fields of the output condition records.

The access sequence can only use tables that have already been defined as condition tables in the Condition tables step.

The standard system contains access sequence 0001, which accesses:

  • Table 1 with fields BUKRS (company code), SSR_CCINS (payment card type) and SPRES (split result)
  • Table 2 with fields BUKRS (company code) and SSR_CCINS (payment card type).

Note that this customizing is client-independent.
