In this step you define the processes that read transaction data from the document base table (OIRADBT).

Once you have made an entry, select Generate subsequent process indicators in table OIRADBT. This creates an indicator field for the process in the document base table. The name of the indicator will be the same as that of the process. If the record is relevant for the subsequent process, the indicator is filled by a data upload process. The completion strategy determines whether the record is relevant.

A subsequent process may only read records from table OIRADBT if the relevant process indicator is set to 'X'. Once the process has read the record, the process indicator is set to blank.

Once all process indicators are blank for a record, it is fully processed and can be deleted using the deletion program ROIR_DELETE_DBT.

Subsequent processes may include invoicing the service station partner or creating material movement documents.

These subsequent processes must first be defined as SSR process control processes in table OIRAPROCDEF. You do this by choosing SSR -> Process Control -> Process definition.

The process must exist at the level of process definition. It is not necessary to define any process dependencies for the purpose of document base table customizing. This level of customizing should only be maintained if the full process control functionality is required.
