SIMG_SSR_0178 - Define customer fields for print index

In this step, you specify the fields that are required to identify a specific source document (for example, a billing document). The fields that you specify will be included in the print index table.

The specification of a source table and field is used to obtain the DDIC parameters when you generate the include structures for the print program.

You set the Sel indicator to specify whether the field should be used to generate the select statement for the print program.

You set the Disp indicator to specify whether the the field should be included in the ALV display for the print program.

You select Create customer specific fields in OIRA_PRINTINDEX to generate:

• An include structure with the defined customer fields

• An include program for the selection screen

• An include program for the select statement of the print creation program

The customer fields defined in this step should include all fields required for callup point field definitions. In Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream), you define callup point field definitions by choosing SSR -> Settlement and Invoicing -> Collective Printing -> Print Grouping Parameters -> Assign Collective Printing Parameters
